Interior Site Supervisor

Aura Airtechnics is looking for a highly organized **Labor Force Manager** to oversee the recruitment, training, and management of laborers and technicians on project sites. The Labor Force Manager will ensure that the labor force operates efficiently, maintaining discipline and productivity while continuously improving labor skill sets. The role also involves handling welfare, attendance, and conflict resolution to optimize workforce performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Labor Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage the recruitment process for laborers and technicians, ensuring an adequate workforce is available for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Oversee the **onboarding** and initial training of new hires to ensure they are familiar with company protocols and site safety regulations.
- **Skill Development and Training**:

- Continuously assess and improve the **skills** of the labor force by organizing **training sessions** and skill development programs.
- Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives.
- **Attendance and Time Management**:

- Ensure proper management of **attendance**, **shift scheduling**, and **time tracking** for laborers across multiple sites.
- Monitor and report any issues related to absenteeism or lack of punctuality.
- **Welfare and Discipline**:

- Maintain **discipline** on project sites, ensuring all laborers adhere to safety protocols, rules, and company policies.
- Address any grievances, disputes, or conflicts among the labor force, acting as a mediator to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure labor welfare programs, such as health and safety, are in place and monitored.
- **Labor Performance and Productivity**:

- Monitor the **performance** of laborers and technicians, ensuring they meet project timelines and maintain quality standards.
- Implement performance improvement strategies when required to boost overall labor productivity.
- **Labor Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure full **compliance** with labor laws and industry regulations, keeping up-to-date with any legal changes that impact the workforce.
- Maintain accurate and detailed **records** of labor contracts, attendance, performance reports, and any disciplinary actions taken.
- **Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving labor-related issues and conflicts between laborers and management.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure smooth labor operations and address any site-specific challenges.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Coordinate with the Project Management, Engineering, and HR teams to ensure labor is allocated efficiently and effectively across all projects.
- Provide feedback and reports to senior management on labor force utilization, productivity, and any areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields. A background in labor management or technical industries is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in labor force management, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and safety standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in managing laborers and technicians in construction or engineering projects.
- Familiarity with labor welfare programs and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt quickly to changes in the project environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
