- Confer with customers about concerns with services
- Maintained accurate and current customer account data with digital information updates
- Updated and maintained information in customer accounts according to CRM
- Create case logs, record information, establish resolution time, follow-up on issues, and escalate complex issues
- Guide customers through the resolution of technical issues.
- Engaging With Customer/ partners about their Query About the product
- Making your Best Efforts to convert every lead to valid sales Lead
- transferring the valid lead to Sales team
- tracking and monitoring each transferred lead with our sales team, so that it get answered.
