Job Title: Social media executive

Job Time: Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 6.00pm
- Should Fluent in English
- Basic knowledge of social media like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Must have a Laptop

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:

- **Platforms**: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
- **Tasks**:
○ Monitor and reply promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries.

○ Provide accurate information or escalate queries when necessary.

○ Maintain a professional tone and ensure brand alignment in responses.

**2. Record Management**:

- Maintain an organized sheet to log details of all social media interactions, including:
○ Name and contact details of the inquirer.

○ Purpose of the contact.

○ Status (e.g., inquiry addressed, pending, forwarded to another team).

**3. Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule meetings with the CEO based on messages requiring direct attention.

○ Use the provided meeting link: topmate.io/aashin.

○ Ensure all meeting requests are recorded with relevant details in the sheet.

**4. Administrative Support**:

- Edit and customize drafted documents as per instructions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic editing and formatting skills for document customization.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in social media management or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
