- Setupandoptimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the
company’s social content & ensure sustained social media growth.
- Monitortheorganization’s social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all
social media messages, communications, etc.
- Manageandpublishoriginal, high-quality content on social platforms across
placements.
- Administer all social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content.
- Moderateall user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each
community.
- Stayup-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
- Manageeditorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Respondtosocial media inquiries and join relevant conversations on behalf of the brand
and "soft sell" the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and
coordinate actions.
- Engagewithkeyinfluencers, customers, and stakeholders to build community and foster
partnerships.
- Prepareweekly and monthly reports on performance
- Planandstrategize channel growth to meet monthly & quarterly targets.
- Buildandexecute social media strategy through competitive research, platform
determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
**Requirements**:
- Atleast 2years of experience in social media management
- Experience in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, GMB
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills (English & Malayalam)
- Positive attitude & ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team
- Strongattention to detail with time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant industry experience (Automotive)
- BasicKnowledge of digital marketing, social media SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing
techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
