**Job Overview**

As a Barista, you will be the face of Ovenfresh’s beverage section, preparing high-quality drinks while creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll be responsible for crafting espresso-based beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and providing top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take beverage orders with accuracy
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and utensils
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
- Manage stock and replenish ingredients when needed
- Handle billing and POS operations if required
- Assist in training junior staff or new joiners as needed
- Adhere to health & safety standards and company policies
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Basic knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi
- Smart, well-groomed, and presentable appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in rotating shifts
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
