**Location**: Khar West, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Duty Hours**: 10 hours per day
**Weekly Off**: 1 weekly off (as per standard)

We are hiring a **Junior Barista** to support daily beverage operations at our Khar West outlet. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the specialty coffee and café industry. You’ll assist the senior baristas in preparing coffee and beverages, maintaining the station, and ensuring customers have a positive and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing espresso-based drinks, teas, and other café beverages
- Support senior baristas in daily operations, including setup and cleaning of the barista station
- Learn and operate coffee equipment including espresso machines and grinders
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee counter at all times
- Refill ingredients and maintain stock of barista supplies
- Greet customers warmly and respond to beverage-related queries
- Maintain consistency in beverage presentation and quality under guidance

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality setting (training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge or interest in coffee and beverage preparation
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior baristas
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
- Punctual, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
