**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar environment. This role requires a passion for coffee, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Grind coffee beans, steam milk, and operate espresso machines and other equipment to ensure quality and consistency in each beverage.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and provide recommendations on coffee selections and menu items.
- Interact with customers to build rapport, answer questions, and address any concerns or special requests.
- **Menu Knowledge**:

- Have a thorough understanding of the coffee menu, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Stay informed about seasonal offerings, promotions, and special menu items to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Process customer payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the coffee bar area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Clean and sanitize coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands, following established cleaning procedures.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and replenish as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries of coffee-related products and supplies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members, including baristas, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks, share information, and resolve issues as they arise.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in coffee preparation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
