**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**: Offer technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues, guiding customers through solutions step by step.
- **Issue Resolution**: Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Assistance**: Assist customers in understanding the features, functionality, and benefits of our products.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest product updates, features, and industry trends to provide informed support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with software support, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
