**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential students and working professionals to promote Online MBA programs.
- Conduct telephonic and video counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Manage end-to-end admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and satisfaction.

- **Sincere, hardworking, and self-disciplined.**:

- **No shift timing issues; flexible to work extended hours** during admission peak periods.
- **Target-oriented** with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable working in a **6-day work environment (Sunday fixed off).**:

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Prior experience in **B2B sales or inside sales** will be an added advantage.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
