**Position**: Inside Sales Executive

**Location**: Baroda, Vadodara (Gujrat)

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years

**Salary**:15k to 20k

**Job Descriptions -**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle back-office sales operations for industrial pumps and pumping systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions and sales.
- Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and manage order processing.
- Maintain and update sales records and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with overseas principals/business partners for product information and technical support.
- Support the marketing team in promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments, compile and maintain reports related to sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are maintained for timely order fulfillment.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Technical knowledge of industrial pumps and systems is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
