**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations in the polyester manufacturing department, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of production targets.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce downtime, and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available to meet production demands.
- Address and resolve production issues and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and progress towards goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment, with preference given to those with experience in the polyester industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices specific to the polyester manufacturing process.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
