We are seeking an energetic and creative **Field Content Creator** who will travel to various locations to capture engaging and high-quality short-form video content, primarily Instagram Reels. This on-field role involves exploring new places, showcasing authentic stories, and creating dynamic content that resonates with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to assigned locations to shoot and produce Instagram Reels and other short video formats.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards tailored to each location.
- Capture raw footage, edit, and deliver reels that align with brand guidelines.
- Explore unique local angles and narratives to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to plan content schedules.
- Maintain equipment and ensure high-quality video production.
- Report on field activities and provide feedback on content effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience creating short-form video content, preferably Reels
- Strong videography and basic editing skills.
- Comfortable traveling frequently and working independently in diverse locations.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for storytelling and visual appeal.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a flexible environment.

**Compensation**:

- ₹500 per reel.
