**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.
- Explain products/services and convince customers to make a purchase or book an appointment.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

**Working Days & Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
