Their responsibilities include: Making calls Telesales representatives reach out to potential and existing customers by phone to introduce products and services, answer questions, and upsell products. They also take calls from customers who respond to advertising or direct marketing campaigns. Following up Telesales representatives follow up with customers after a purchase to initiate repeat orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining records Telesales representatives keep detailed records of all calls and sales, including customer feedback, purchase orders, and queries. They also maintain an updated customer database. Preparing reports Telesales representatives prepare sales reports and compare competitors' offers. Staying up to date Telesales representatives stay aware of industry trends and new product launches. Liaising with other departments Telesales representatives direct calls to other departments as needed and liaise with them regarding customer queries and complaints. Some skills that are helpful for telesales representatives include: Strong communication skills, Good listening skills, Ability to multitask, Ability to work as part of a team, and Strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
