Position: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Vytilla, Kochi

Experience: 3-5 years experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree is a must

**Role Description**

The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for supervising the maintenance of building systems, managing the operations of the facility, managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards on site.

Must be in constant communication with our customers and landlords and the operations team

Must be able to manage budgets, contracts and negotiate vendor.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong Interpersonal skills, problem solving capacity and should be a quick learner.

**Salary**: 30000-60000

Working Hours - UK (1.30 pm to 10.30 pm) / Canada shift ( 3.00 pm to 12.00 am)

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 3 years (preferred)
