- Monitor and evaluate the curriculum to ensure alignment with state and district standards, promoting academic rigor and innovative teaching practices.
- Oversee the implementation of instructional programs and support systems to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Assess student progress and achievement through various methods, ensuring that interventions are in place to support struggling students.
- Promote continuous improvement in teaching quality, using data-driven approaches to inform decisions.
- Recruit, hire, and retain qualified teaching and administrative staff.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their instructional effectiveness and leadership skills.
- Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and staff, providing feedback and guidance to foster professional growth.
- Encourage a collaborative environment, ensuring staff feel supported and valued.
- Develop and manage the school’s budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently to support educational goals and operational needs.
- Monitor expenditures, ensuring compliance with district and state regulations.
- Seek out additional resources, including grants and community partnerships, to enhance the school’s programs and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain programs that address the academic, emotional, and social needs of students.
- Promote a positive school climate and discipline policies that encourage respect, responsibility, and citizenship.
- Ensure that students’ safety and well-being are prioritized, overseeing the implementation of security and emergency procedures.
- Work closely with counselors, special education teams, and other staff to provide necessary support services for students.
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the school, representing the school in meetings with parents, the community, and the school board.
- Regularly communicate with parents, staff, and students about school activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive relationship with local businesses, organizations, and educational institutions to support school programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the school complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including educational standards, health and safety requirements, and employment laws.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to district administration and state agencies.
- Participate in school district leadership meetings and collaborate with other principals to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
