- Test planning: Setting test plans and assigning educators to screen tests
- Transportation: Coordinating transportation plans and arrangements for staff and students
- Conferences: Attending conferences at the school and regional levels
- Staff meetings: Meeting with staff, such as school therapists
- Co-curricular activities: Organizing co-curricular activities, such as games and physical education
- Resources: Developing and organizing resources, such as the school library, laboratories, and teaching aids
