Job Title: Vice Principal - Primary Section

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with various departments, escalating issues and suggestions to the Principal as needed
- Contribute to budget development, policy review, and rules and regulations updates
- Attend and actively participate in staff, parent, and official meetings
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members
- Plan and organize school events, field trips, and committee activities
- Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and students
- Provide guidance and support during disciplinary hearings and for at-risk students
- Maintain accurate student and school records
- Address concerns and queries from students, staff, and parents
- Maintain a visible presence during field trips and school functions

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree in any field
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CBSE-affiliated school
- Proven experience in primary education leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Teaching: 5 years (preferred)
