**Responsibilities**:

- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Consistently exceed all process-specific Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strive for first-call resolution to enhance customer experience and reduce follow-ups.
- Respond to all queries efficiently, adhering to the defined timeframes for successful interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹43,400.00 per month
