**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (US Telecom Chat & Voice Support)

**Location**: Noida, Sector 60

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of a major US telecom provider, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires the ability to handle both chat and voice interactions effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat (approximately 70%) and voice (approximately 30%) channels.
- Proactively manage chat conversations to efficiently address customer concerns.
- Maintain a good Average Handling Time (AHT) while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism and composure, even under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 CTC

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduates preferred.
- **Experience**: Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO, blended, or chat support are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Must be available to work graveyard shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
