**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and order necessary materials.
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with service providers for office-related needs (e.g., cleaning, utilities).
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems (both physical and digital).
- Organize and update internal documentation, reports, and databases.
- **Communication & Liaison**:

- Serve as the point of contact between executives, staff, and external partners.
- **Support to Senior Management**:

- Provide general administrative support to senior executives and team members.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Compliance & Policy Management**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of audits, reviews, or compliance checks as needed.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist with organizing company events, team building, or social gatherings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles or office management.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).

- Professional demeanor with a proactive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
