**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing the End-to-End payroll.
- Processing the PF and PT payments
- Filing of PF returns.
- Must have experience in accounts payable.
- Accounting of payroll, vendor invoices, bank payments.
- Must have knowledge on TDS and GST.
- Hands-on experience on payroll tools like Keka or Darwin box is an added advantage.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll operations.

**Must have requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in payroll administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll principles, PF and PT, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems. (Keka or Darwin Box)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data privacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
