**Position**:
Career Counsellor

**Min/Max Required Experience**:

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Conduct market surveys in tandem with competitors.
- Identify additional offerings for our students.
- Establish connections with schools, junior colleges, and selected tuition coaching classes.
- Initiate discussions with HODs to explore seminar opportunities for bulk student engagement or plan other BTL activities.
- Engage with students, highlighting the advantages of Virohan.
- Participate in placement events within the city to gather relevant databases.
- Use seminar platforms to connect with parents.
- Collect databases from 12th exam centers to attract fresh students.
- Plan canopy activities in strategic areas for enhanced outreach.

**Critical Competencies Required (Must-Haves)**:

- Strong sales orientation.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork.
- Ability to generate positive leads.
- Proficiency in Marathi/Hindi communication.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
