**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

**Job Location**:

- Punjabi Bagh, West Delhi

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Property Sales: Handle both resale (lease/rent) and off-plan properties.
- Listing Management: Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on property laws and policies.

**Skills Required**:

- Business Development: Strong ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Target-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Dubai Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relationship-Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
