We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to expand our existing Customer Service and Support team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will act as a support function to our customer facing team by resolving any emerging problems that our customer service team might face whilst resolving customer queries.**About You**Minimum 2 years of experience in providing customer service to the UK customers-
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written-
- Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive, and solution-focused-
- Ability to process customers orders and accurately updating internal databases.-
- Expertise in handling and processing of payment disputes, refunds and chargebacks.-
- Dealing with claims and reimbursements with couriers and e-commerce marketplaces.-
