With a brand-new store coming up at V Square Mall, Cuddalore, we’re on the lookout for a proactive **Floor Supervisor** to keep things running smooth and fresh on the shop floor.

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Floor Supervisor** who will be the right-hand person to the Store Manager. You’ll be in charge of making sure the sales floor looks top-notch, staff stay sharp, and customers leave happy. Basically, you're the go-to boss on the ground

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise floor staff and assign daily duties
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and attractively displayed
- Coordinate with inventory and back-end teams for stock replenishment
- Train new floor staff and monitor their performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and store standards are maintained
- Report floor activities, sales updates, and issues to the Store Manager
- Support billing counters during rush hours when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC or Diploma; Degree is a plus
- **2 years of experience in retail or supermarket floor management**:

- Good communication and people management skills
- Energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and festive days

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
