**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations on UGD construction sites ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work performed by contractors and crew members.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently, maintaining a positive working environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress, safety issues, and compliance checks.
- Ensure that all work is completed within the allocated budget and timeline, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision, specifically in UGD work.
- Proven experience in construction supervision, especially in underground drainage or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., OSHA, or equivalent) are preferred.

Pay: ₹18.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
