We are looking for a Civil Supervisor for our construction sites in Bangalore (Electronic city, Sarjapur, White field belt regions. (No need to travel everywhere on a daily basis). Maintaining of Daily Progress Report, Detailed Project Report, Daily Labor Report, Supportive Document updation is mandatory responsibilities. Concerned person is required to report to the Project Engineer and work accordingly.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
- Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
- Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met
- Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
- Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in Civil Engineering or any other related field
- 3+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**Working Conditions**
- Travel may be required to worksites
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Work in varying weather conditions
- Extra hours may be required when nearing the completion of a project
- Collaborative work with other professionals working on the projects
