**Hiring for one of the reputed Organizations.**

**Note**:3 years Diploma in Hotel Management / 1 year Diploma in Aviation / Hospitality Management
- 2+ year’s experience in service industry.
- Preferably in a Five Star Hotel restaurant
- In-room Dining experience will be a bonus

**Salary: Upto 18k**

**Job responsibilities**:

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Knowledgeable with all forms of Food & Beverage Services (Tea Coffee, Hot & Cold beverages, Snacks, Breakfast, Lunch High tea setups etc)
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ability and knowledge to handle Executive F&B pantry, Stock checking and management etc.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of all menus all the time.
- To adhere to strict grooming & hygiene standards all the time.
- Ensure service standards are maintained
- Ability to serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Maintain pleasant and obliging manners towards the guests, and pay proper attention to their needs.
- Check the freshness and the quantity of food available for service
- Proper ordering of food from the unit ensuring that no excess ordering takes place
- Setting up the buffet counters & general upkeep of the restaurant
- To ensure that all equipment is in safe working condition
- To strictly follow HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
- To report any feedback and complaints immediately to the F&B supervisor.
- Any other Food & Beverage duties as required

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

- Andheri, Mumbai - 400099, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
