Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible to inculcate the qualities in students that
include communicative skills, listening skills, team skills leadership quality, creativity
and logic, problem-solving skills.
- Basic Grammar skills are implicitly required.
- The trainer should have the ability to decide, alertness, assertiveness, attention to
details, calmness, commitment, cooperation, emotional stability, flexibility,
generosity, tolerance, and confidence.
- Must be able to train the students on basic Interview preparation capsules & semester
- based training modules.
- Should be competent enough to assess current competency level of students through
questionnaires, Psychometric tests, Group Discussion ,Case study and HR interviews
etc.
- Ability to create good content is a must. The Trainer should be able to prepare the
training content as per the dynamic needs of the industry.
- Trainer should have in-depth knowledge of the topic he/she is training the students.
- Soft Skill trainer should know how to use a variety of facilitation tools such as
training activities.
