Key Responsibilities:
1. Import and Export Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate the import and export of goods to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to optimize shipping processes.

2. Customs Compliance:

- Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs laws to ensure compliance.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping documents.

3. Logistics Management:
Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. - Monitor and track shipments, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

4. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to customs compliance, shipping delays, and other logístical challenges.
- Implement strategies to address any issues that may arise during the import/export process.

5. Vendor and Partner Collaboration:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable agreements for the company.

6. Documentation Management:

- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all import/export documentation.
- Ensure that all required permits, licenses, and certificates are obtained for international shipments.

7. Cost Optimization:

- Work proactively to optimize shipping costs while maintaining service quality.
- Evaluate and negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers and logistics providers. Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Import Export Manager, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills: Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from reputed institute Background Experience: 3-5 years’ experience

Job Location: Kim or Surat, Gujarat
