**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Blood Collection**: Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens from patients, ensuring mínimal discomfort and maximum safety.
- **Patient Interaction**: Interact with patients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns to alleviate anxiety and ensure cooperation.
- **Specimen Handling**: Properly label, transport, and store collected blood samples to maintain sample integrity and prevent contamination, following established protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record patient information, specimen details, and collection procedures in electronic health records (EHR) or laboratory information systems (LIS), maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

**Working Conditions**:

- Required to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays based on facility needs.

**Salary**: ₹10,579.53 - ₹20,039.13 per month
