Phlebotomists play a vital role in healthcare by providing accurate and timely blood samples that help doctors diagnose and treat diseases.

Job

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare patients for blood draws by explaining the procedure and answering any questions they may have.
- Select the appropriate needle and vein for the blood draw.
- Draw blood from patients using venipuncture or fingerstick methods.
- Label and package blood samples for transport to the laboratory.
- Perform other laboratory tests, such as blood glucose monitoring and urinalysis.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

Education: DMLT/Bsc MLT

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
