**Role : Consultant Phlebotomist**

**About the Role**:
Phlebotomists will be collecting home samples from the patient's place (throat swabs, blood samples etc.) and will be labelling samples and sending or delivering them for testing, And will be also traveling to different locations within the city, if required as instructed by the central team.

**What You Will Do**
- Collect samples from the patient's place (throat swabs, blood samples etc.)
- Understand of proper patient identification methods and their personal information using their IDs, documents, or other means Label samples and sending or delivering them for testing
- Coordinate with the central team for patient appointments and their conversions.
- Traveling to different locations within the city, if required as instructed by the central team

**What You Will Need To Succeed**
- MLT/DMLT or Graduation in any stream is required Experience in collecting home samples (throat swabs, blood samples etc.),
- 1+ years of relevant experience as Phlebotomist in a reputed diagnostics clinic or hospital Communication skills to understand the patients and communicate effectively in English, Hindi and regional language
- Determine the right venipuncture method based on patient age, health etc. and experience with effective puncture techniques
- Aware about optimal quality and quantity of samples Knowledge of legal requirements about drawing blood, handling fluid samples and use of relevant medical equipment and material
- Ability to connect with various types of patients (such as children, elderly, pregnant women) and make them feel comfortable
- Should be polite and patient in attitude Must have two-wheeler vehicle & driving license

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
