Leading diagnostics & labs looking for a **Phlebotomist** in **Bangalore** location

**Job Profile**:Blood Sample Home Collection

**Qualification**: DMLT/B.Sc MLT/ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing

**Experience**:Min.1 year exp as Phlebotomist or Lab Technician or Blood Sample collection **(Vacutainer experience must)**

**Shift Timings**:Mon - Sun 6AM - 2PM (Full-time) Any 1 Week off available between Mon - Fri.

**Part-time**:6AM - 11AM or 6AM - 2PM (Only on Sat & Sun)

**Salary**:Up to INR 27000 + Perks

**Skills Required**:

- Two wheeler with DL must
- Good oral and written communication required. Able to write Medical Examination Report without any mistakes.
- Handling vacutainer experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge on ECG will be an added advantage.
- Material & equipment will be provided by the company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assessing patient needs, reviewing patient history, and determining the reasons for drawing blood.
- Selecting gauge needles and preparing veins or fingers for blood drawing.
- Extracting blood from patients through venipuncture or fingersticks.
- Analyzing blood specimens using the correct testing equipment, when necessary.
- Preparing specimens for transportation, including labeling vials accurately and matching blood specimens to patients.
- Supplying diagnostic notes to assigned central labs.
- Keeping and maintaining records of patient names, volume of blood drawn, and diagnostic findings.
- Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment used in the drawing and testing of blood specimens.

**Only immediate joiners are required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
