**Job Summary**:
The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This role is critical in supporting the diagnostic and therapeutic processes at Archish Fertility & IVF by ensuring timely and accurate sample collection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform venipuncture and skin puncture to collect blood samples from patients.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all samples collected.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow data entry protocols.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times.
- Handle patients with care and ensure their comfort during the procedure.
- Communicate with patients about the procedure and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy area.
- Ensure timely delivery of samples to the lab.
- Assist in inventory management of phlebotomy supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Phlebotomist.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong understanding of blood draw techniques and specimen handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in working with patients in a similar set up.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

**Note: Travelling is compulsory**
