**Title - Academic Coordinator**

**Purpose of Job**
- Academic Coordinators need to bring a creative and analytical approach to this position.
- You should be a detail-oriented critical thinker with strong verbal and written skills
- You will connect with the tutors teaching on the various programs run at the campus and understand their teaching and assignment plans.
- Collaborate with faculty to conduct new student workshops.
- Fashion shoot coordination with the styling department.
- Establish, evaluate and develop the changes or modifications to the teaching and assignment plan after consulting with the relevant HODs.
- You will take feedback from the students from time to time to ensure that the academic teaching quality is maintained.
- Coordinate with the HODs to onboard new tutors when required.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Safeguarding the confidentiality of student, staff, and institute information by exercising discretion in communication and handling of records and other materials.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.
- Actively support the values, vision, ethos, culture and policies of FAD

**Key Skills** Education Administration, Administrative Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Coordinator,**detail-oriented critical thinkers with strong verbal and written communication skills,**Social Media,Research,E-Learning,Curriculum Development.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 2 -5 years’ experience required.
- Immediate joiners to two weeks’ notice.
- Fashion Industry Relations Experience (preferred)

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai - 400050, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
