**Job Summary**:
The Academy Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various faculties and the timetable for an educational institution. They will work closely with the academic team to ensure that all courses and programs are offered effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the academic timetable for the institution.
- Liaise with academic staff to ensure that course scheduling is optimized and meets the needs of students and faculty members.
- Coordinate and monitor course offerings across all faculties and departments.
- Ensure that all courses are scheduled in accordance with academic policies and guidelines.
- Work with the academic team to identify and address issues related to course scheduling.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with academic staff, administrative staff, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to support academic operations and improve the student experience.
- Provide support to students and faculty members regarding course scheduling, timetable changes, and other academic matters.
- Manage the process of rescheduling courses or classes when necessary.
- Monitor and report on academic performance metrics such as course completion rates, student attendance, and faculty workload.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in academic coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with academic policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
