- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives
- Maintain and optimize budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience with **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads**:

- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and ROI analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of landing page optimization
- Knowledge of remarketing strategies and funnel building
