**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and creative content tailored to different audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies effectively.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams for campaign alignment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in ad platforms, keyword tools, and bid management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Unbounce, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or CRO principles is a bonus.
