**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products.
- Handle inbound customer queries regarding insurance products, claims, policy terms, and renewals.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and premium calculations clearly.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or online inquiries.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update call details in the MIS.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Assist with policy issuance, renewals, and documentation support over the phone.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while addressing customer concerns.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Active listening and objection-handling skills.

**Eligibility**:
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial sector.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
