**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle both **inbound and outbound calls** to interact with potential and existing clients
- Introduce **EK Engineering's** products and solutions effectively over the phone
- Understand client needs, answer queries, and resolve basic issues professionally
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information about our offerings
- Generate, qualify, and track potential leads
- Manage client objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain detailed call records and update client information in the CRM/database
- Follow up with leads to nurture long-term relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation
- Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Adhere to compliance and data privacy standards during all client interactions
- Share client feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- **1-2 years of experience preferred** in telecalling, customer service, or related roles
- **Freshers with strong communication skills** are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to actively listen and empathize with client needs
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
