**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive **Tele-Sales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals over the phone. Your ability to build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, deals, and feedback.
- Provide excellent post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and offer effective solutions.
- Comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in Sales & Media Industry
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
