**JOB BRIEF**
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø **Hiring and Training**: Recruiting and training inside sales representatives to ensure they
understand the product, company values, and sales techniques.
Ø **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly tracking and assessing the team's performance through KPIs
(key performance indicators), providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Ø **Coaching and Development**: Offering ongoing coaching, motivation, and support to help the team
improve their sales techniques and reach sales goals.

interactions to improve or adjust offerings.
Ø **Sales Reports**: Preparing regular sales reports to provide leadership with insights on performance,
team productivity, and areas for improvement.
Ø **Market Trends**: Analyzing sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and take advantage of
new opportunities.
Ø **Customer Focus**: Ensuring the team maintains a strong customer focus, identifying customer
needs, and building long-term relationships.
Ø **Handling Escalations**: Addressing customer complaints or issues that require managerial
intervention
