**Position Overview**: The Sales and Support Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer support for our GPS products.
- **Sales Activities**:

- Promote and sell Skynav’s GPS products to potential customers.
- Identify and target new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our GPS products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to GPS products.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Skynav’s product offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new products.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
