_**Common Description of SPRAT**:_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Stay at site 24x7 with or without family.
- Handle minor everyday repairs and maintenance.
- Overall site supervision,
- Managing, watching & monitoring inventory, stock registers, Godowns/stores
- Planning Day schedules, Reporting, and Documentation.
- Helping site in charge in executing structural and PSE Drawings at Site.
- Taking work from laborers.
- Creative use of gadgets and secondary construction like internal roads, amphitheater, etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education and Knowledge**:

- SSC+

**Experience**:

- Similar site construction facilitation experience of 2 - 3 years.

**Miscellaneous**:

- Jack of all trades type.
- Must be keen to learn.
- Driving a motor bicycle/scooter/Car will be a plus.
- Functional knowledge/experience of construction machinery and tools.
- Functional spoken English and Hindi and basic Computer knowledge.
- Must have left-secular and scientific temperament.

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**:

- Compensation Range: 1,25,000 - 1,70,000 P. A.
- Subsidized accommodation and food may be considered
- Possibility of employment for the spouse exists.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per year
