Role Overview

The Finance Coordinator, Financial and Quality Control/Enrollments will setup supplier/customer profiles and perform audit for BGRS ensuring correctness of the setups done and safeguarding corporate information from unauthorized use. This position will also handle customer inquiries (internal and external) regarding setups in an expedient and professional manner.

**In response to the COVID-19 pandemic all interviews are being conducted virtually.

If selected for an in-office position, you will work remotely while BGRS operates under mandatory telework.

What You'll Be Doing
- Primary accounting contact for setting up supplier profiles on D 365 and exceptional banking setup for customers
- Process time sensitive enrollment requests in a high-volume department
- Provide daily metrics reporting for setups
- Audit enrollments for accuracy and validate the backup requirements provided for setup
- Maintaining accuracy of data entered into system at all times
- Provide customer service support to internal and external customers
- Provide audit support as needed
- Support for project initiatives

- Graduates with 2+ years' experience in business/accounting/finance preferred
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a high transactional based environment
