**Bank -Sales Officer** **(Mortgage Loans)** - Minimum 1 Yr Experience in Any Banking Product (Open Market Source). opening in multiple districts in TN

Chennai, Coimbatore, Dindigul, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Madurai, Tanjore, Kumbakkonam, Mayiladuthurai and Erode

Age: below 35 Yrs, two wheeler required.

Salary Up to - 3.5 LPA / upto 30000 ctc per month
- To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Sourcing of Micro LAP & Micro Housing

ranging/Mortgages from 50k to 5 Lac for our existing customers & Open Market customers as per company process & Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income

through personal discussion & field Visit.
- Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed
- Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing
- Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient

and cost effective manner
- Number of years of experience (range): 1-3 years
- Types of Companies/Sector worked for:

- Banks/NBFCs ,Housing finance companies should have

relevant experience in LAP & housing finance.
- Responsibility Managed in previous organization:

- The applicant Should Have experience in Sourcing of

LAP & housing products

Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,026.38 - ₹31,962.31 per month
