Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Qualify prospects by understanding their financial needs and goals.

Present home loan products to customers and answer their questions.

Close home loans by negotiating terms and conditions with customers.

Follow up with customers after the loan is closed to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a strong understanding of the home loan market and industry trends.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

**0- 1year of exp in Home loan**

Strong understanding of the home loan market and industry trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to build relationships with customers and close deals.

**Salary : 13K CTC - 11.5K TK (fresher), 16K CTC - 14K TH (Experience)**
