- Train team members on selling and products.
- Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.
- Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned

Graduation Must

Must have 1 year of experience in Banking, Finance, and Insurance Sales

Good Communication skills

Must have relevant documents like Aadhar, pan, Qualification degree and past employment certificate
